Sharraxaadda

I have lived on Locust street for well over 25 years and I'm really fed up with the traffic on my street. Locust street, between Grove and Ash streets, is being used as a "raceway" for motorcycles and vehicles. There is the Portugese Hall on the corner, that creates a lot of traffic and noise pollution for local residents. There are NO speed bumps along our street and the traffic is going well over 25 mph. From what I understand, there WERE speed bumps once upon a time, but were taken out. There needs to be one between Grove and Apple, then one from Apple to Ash to eliminate the speeders. Very unsafe for pedestrians and animals alike.
