Thank you dbowling-toi for responding. I took your advice and called Suffolk's Traffic Division. They told I would have to send a written complaint explaining the hazard to their Chief Engineer, William Hillman in Yaphank.
If there is anything you can do to help, I would greatly appreciate it.
