This is actually a homeless encampment. I walked past there yesterday. I believe there is an older man who is living in the tent-like structure in the middle of all the stuff.

Yeah... I am aware of that. I walk past everyday. I'm objecting to the proliferation of stuff and that my spouse no longer feels safe walking there on the way to work.

I totally understand, I try to avoid the area as much as possible while walking my dog. I'm sure this ongoing issue has been reported dozens if not hundreds of times to the City as either dumping and/or homeless encampment. In addition to the dumping we've always had on the south side of Stanford, we now have several RV camps. I walked past one yesterday that literally had extension cords running across Lowell St and half a block up Arlington to plug into someone's house! There has been associated trash piling up and a couple months ago people having fires in an old metal drum at night.
