Descripción

Bedding left by homeless person on play structure. Man was sleeping on picnic tables, but switched to play structure (seen by someone) last night. We will move the bedding to next to the underground garbage can. Maybe there can be city outreach to him. Present port-a-potties probably make park more attractive at night.
