Description

Man with drugs and stolen property being allowed to set up camp, blocking sidewalk. Police responded once, and nothing was done. Either city takes care of this, or I will take care of it myself, and it will be ugly. I witnessed a pedestrian forced onto street heading onto 10th St...clearly a safety violation and terrible for our neighborhood.
