None of the"Category" nor "Nature of Request" classifications really fit this, so please ignore my choices above. The issue is one pair of shoes hanging from utility lines over the intersection of 20th and Shotwell. I've been told by SFPD that this is an indicator for criminals (pimps, etc.) that it's a crime-friendly place. Given the excessive criminal activity at this intersection, I'm inclined to believe it. At the very least, it's damage to public property. Please cut them down.
