Cameras need to be installed in this section to catch the perpetrators who are illegally dumping in this area so they can be caught and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Mayor Turner Councilman Jerry Davis and the Sanitation department supervisors along with the Houston Police Department are not keep up with their responsibilities. The City can catch these illegal dumpers and collect fines and time served picking up trash all around Houston.
