This is totally rediculous that this is happening anyone caught illegally dumping should be arrested, given a court date, fined, given a mandatory 3yr probation with community service picking up trash all over the city. The Mayor Turner, Councilman Jerry Davis, Supervisor for the Sanitation Department and the Houston Police Department need to pay more attention to this illegal dumping. Cameras need to be installed to catch the people. This would bring in revenue for the city if you fine these people illegally dumping make them pay for their crime
