A few months ago, I notified Joe S. via email regarding a half a foot metal stake protruding from the base of a tree after tripping over the stake that got caught in my shoe. The stake has a sharp point that is protruding out of the ground, and is a huge safety hazard. The tree is located on 3rd street after 188 Terrace on the right near the second pet station after entering the development. I am attaching a copy of the stake for your review.
