Apartment building in historic district turned into Champlain College dorm complete with unauthorized signage. Done deal before neighbors received "Dear Neighbor" letter from Sandy Yusen, Director of Communications and External Relations at Champlain College.

This property is in the high density zoning district. There was a permit issued in 2015 for the "Addition of twelve residential units to existing mixed use structure." That project was issued a certificate of occupancy on August 16, 2016.

We will check on the status to the banner today.
