I didn't think student dormitories were allowed in residential neighborhoods

This property is in the high density zoning district. There was a permit issued in 2015 for the "Addition of twelve residential units to existing mixed use structure." That project was issued a certificate of occupancy on August 16, 2016.

We will check on the status to the banner today.

The banner was taken down by 10:00 a.m. this morning when the property was checked.
