Sharraxaadda

Attached is the second picture of our neighbors cutting down ALL of their mangroves. See picture 1 that I previously submitted. I warned the workers that they need a permit. They stated they are just taking down pepper trees. We have lived here 14 years, have always gotten a permit to trim mangroves and we have always looked at mangroves, those are NOT pepper trees they took down.
