Opis

1. The exterior of the house is, in general, a blighted eyesore. It's obvious the Lakewood landlord cares only about getting that rent check.

2. The occupants continually allow trash to pile up in front of the house. THIS IS THE ONLY HOUSE ON MY BLOCK WHERE THIS HAPPENS.

3. They keep a weight bench in front of the house. THEY APPARENTLY CONFUSE MY BLOCK WITH A PRISON YARD.
