Opis

Constant barking of dog. The dog is put out after 8 am and again between 4 and 8 or so and barks at everyone in the yards or passers bye. Constantly barks without being disciplined or regards to neighbors. Is never told to be quiet. Many neighbors will not call animal control officer as it goes into the police call log that is visable to all.
