I have backed up water in my basement from the july 8 2016 storm and also from the august 16 2016 rain storm i've reported this problem to the dwsd and was told its nothing they can do and call a plummer Im disable and on a fixed on income and cant afford the cost to clean the black water thats in my basement im setting an appointment to get checked for hep A because ive had contact with the sewage water trying to clean it myself could you please direct me to someone who can help l'd appreciate it very much
