Description

I have opened multiple tickets on this and they are closed without resolution. This is dpw NOT clear channel. It's on the side of the muni restroom, not the fancy shelter. The homeless lady has multiple bottles of cooking oil, restaurant size, next to her camp. On the muni island across from 4455 Cornwall, between Cornwall, California and 7th ave Please have dpw call me if they can't find it. South side of muni restroom.
