Description

Winfield I was demolished in 2012, however the iron arms on the attached pictures were never removed and the grass has never been mowed. The area has been ignored since. I have spotted rats in that area and children walk through that sidewalk to get to school, which is around the corner. People are constantly leaving shopping carts and dumping trash. This area really needs to be maintained. Please help!
