Deskripsyon

I'm a neighbor of 303 Charmian (I'm at 216 E Hillcrest). I've seen this for a couple of weeks while walking my dogs. The hole is about 2 feet deep, enough for a person to break an ankle if walking at night or a cat or dog falling in and unable to get out. Apparently no one else has reported.
