Description

Landscaping materials are being brought from about 93 Ellington Crescent (vacant lot) to a residence on Eastcott (approx. 133 Eastcott) with a loader crossing the city trail and landscaping. There are significant ruts on city property and also dirt on the trail. Is this use of the city area allowed and why aren't materials brought in via the street at Eastcott? Also is the vacant lot owner aware of the use of their property?
