We appreciate your continued patience and as previously stated the referenced trees are on the queue for the arborist to trim. Our typical wait time for tree trimming is 4 to 6 weeks but as mentioned we are experiencing delays due to a considerable work load. The trimming will be completed as soon as possible and a technician will be dispatched to assess any immediate trims that may be completed to alleviate the sight issues until the arborists complete the full trimming. It has been well over 6 weeks since we first asked to have this taken care of. The safety of our children are at risk. We can not see the cars coming up our street. We need this taken care of immediately..

The branches are also dragging on the tops of cars. If the city can't send somebody to professionally take care of this problem, I will have to trim the tree in front of my own house, and since I'm not an arborist, I can't take responsibility for the quality or correctness of the work. I'm just tired of it scratching up the top of my car.
