I was at the zoo the other day and was speaking to a older gentlemen cutting grass. I asked him about the water ban and what is effected at the park. He informed me they were following the restrictions. Then he did state that the zoo has the water splash pad that runs on city water constantly and does not recirculate. How can the city waste water that they require everyone else to conserve?
