Description

The timing of the signal does not provide enough priority to College Ave southbound during rush hours in the morning and evening. There is frequently a very LONG train of cars along this narrow one-way road that takes multiple light cycles to traverse. This is not only an incredible nusence to the travelers, but also forces unnecessary car idling, which has a strong impact on the environment.
