Whole length of Carolyn Drive was never repaired after the annexation of the 1990's though the city has moved on.We have holes, missing pavement, giant potholes, and torn up pavement there they installed the sewer 20 years ago. The mayor has ignored the please form me and my neighbors saying other needs some first.In 20 years can't they find one truck load of asphalt! Too many bad pics to upload.Just picked one.

Repaired?! Of course not. The city has ignored Carolyn Drive other than to increase either our property taxes or raise our utility rates ever since they annexed us 20 year ago. More like being hijacked and held hostage for a ransom that never ends. I myself have paid over $17000 in taxes never mind utilities since I was annexed. Multiply that by the dozen or so houses on this street and what you have is one big official Ponsi scheme.

Carolyn Drive is a mess. But the tax bill keeps coming even when 20 years passes with no repairs other than spitting a hand full of asphalt into the holes every few years.

The city sent a truck to pour bits of rock fines and some binding agent in the holes which they do a couple of times a year when it gets so bad it is hard to ignore. This is about as effective as using a bucket to empty the ocean. We need a real fix. But if they want to call this halfhearted repair "fixed" then so be it.
