Last night and large limb from a dead tree fell and is hanging on the telephone lines. We called National Grid, they came out, and told us it missed the power lines. The larger issue is the large dead tree it came off of. When the rest of it comes down it will surely take out the power to the neighborhood. We had called National Grid prior to this and they said they couldn't access the tree. It's on a neighbors property in the back of 53 Brookline and is hard to get to. We offered that they could use our yard if needed - would just need to take part of our fence down. Not sure what to do, but with this recent limb coming down, we're concerned the neighborhood will be without power, phone and cable when it goes.
