Description

Swan & Pima: In the northbound lane about 40' before the intersection of Swan and Pima, there is a manhole cover where the asphault has come out arround it and it is a BIG hole. Had I not been going slow, I would have popped a tire it is so deep! There is also another bad pothole on westbound Pima right before the same intersection.
