It seems SeeClickFix ate my 4th issue in this area... Past the wide, badly patched spot in this issue, there are two more sunken trenches farther down. They seem to be on either side of the back entrance to the retirement community.

This spot was not fixed. The entire bad patch was still there last Thurs., 10/13 3 PM.

Also, the "4th issue" I mentioned above in my comment on 8/24 was only patched on the East side of the street and wasn't done correctly. The asphalt wasn't packed or didn't have enough tar or something because while I stood there Thurs. 10/13 3 PM, taking pictures, every car that passed over it left tire marks and more little stones kept coming out.
