There is, or was, some type of agreement with the CLE HOA and the City. That being said, the contractor for the city is not responding to the repairs. Owners were supposed to remove the roots after the sidewalk was removed. Some did - some did not. Poor coordination on whose part? The City? The HOA? The contractor? We, the homeowners, need an answer! Kids can't walk. A very dangerous condition with School starting.

We will revisit, we may have to ask Code Compliance to start a case on the homeowners and get a judgement to have them prune roots or remove tree , whatever their arborist recommends

All that the homeowners have addressed the tree issue have been poured only about ten remain

Homeowners pruned roots, sidewalk replaced
