Operations and Maintenance has created a work order and will investigate this issue.

I walk my dogs frequently in this area and the smell is very strong, and I am concerned that whatever is causing it is affecting the nearby wetlands.

To provide clarification on why there is an ongoing investigation while the case has been closed: In the matter of the odor, there are not any City Codes the regulate them which is why the information was forwarded to Kitsap County Health District. The ongoing investigation pertains to the number of animals allowed on the property.
