The inside and outside of the San Rafael Post Office on D is dirty and rundown. It ' s embarrassing that this is our neighborhood office, which we love, but no one seems to care about. I don't understand why the stairs aren't swept at the very least. How about cleaning off the spider webs from the windows. No wonder San Rafael has such a hard time getting on its feet! A broom would make a big difference. This very attitude has people in the neighborhood leaving crap on street corners with Free signs- for things that are destine only for the dumps...
