Description
The drainage ditches on the south side of 62nd Ave. No. from 58th St. No. to 49th St. No. are so clogged with weeds and debris that even a hard rain for a few minutes threatenes to flood our homes, AND IT DOES NOT DRAIN from our entire senior citizens' community's streets. Last week after three days of standing water (zika threat) up to our shins, my 64 year old husband had to take a shovel outside of our fence and dig up the weeds in the ditch. Our streets drained in less than 30 minutes then...but he almost had a (second) heart attack! His blood pressure and heart rate skyrocked. He can't keep doing this! Our HOA has contacted "Gary" numerous times, yet still can not get the problem resolved even temporarially let alone permenantly. What can be done to finally fix this long-standing problem and save our homes and our health and well-being? Please, please actually HELP US!!!
