Not sure about this but it appears that someone is living in this orange van and using the sidewalk as their living room. There's a couch chairs a laundry basket a garbage can full of garbage a cooler empty soda bottles and cans on top of the cooler and other garbage just dumped here. It needs to be looked into it looks horrible

The community had previously understood that SCF was providing a simple transparent point of contact to navigate the complex silos of City Government operations. You are contradicting that in your robo-response.
Apparently now you are passing the buck so to speak and no admitted that this is not true.
