there is a dog that barks constantly for about a year. i reported this house to the hoa many times for lots of things and nothing changes with them. they had an rv (a huge rv) parked on the side of the street facing the wrong way for a couple of weeks and it was so far away from the curb it was hard to drive by. the dog barks everytime my daughter drives her bike by the house and doesn't stop for at least ten minutes. the family always comes out and yells at the dog but it just keeps going. how can i get this dog to stop barking. its the 2 story house on the south side of the road with a old van always parked in front of it. the house next door but he don't do nothing about it. rrpd cant even do its job when the problems are next door. just lazy. no wonder this city is down the drain
