If you like the system to close this “open” service request & to stop receiving any emails about it, one has to contact See Click Fix directly .

Users can close out issues via the comment section (instructions below). If that's not an option, they'll need to contact Memphis directly to have the issues closed. They can also edit the email preferences within their account to stop receiving these emails.

To close a report, please follow these instructions in a browser:

1. Navigate to the report page
2. Scroll to the bottom of the report
3. Add a comment
4. Select "Close this issue,"
5. Click on the blue "Comment" button to submit.

To close a report, please follow these instructions in a mobile device:

1. Navigate to the report page
2. Tap "Add a comment..."
3. Tap the 3 bar icon and select "Close"
4. Add a comment and select "Post"

If you are subscribed to reminder emails, you will continue to receive alerts until the issue is "Closed" on our website.
