Description
In June, I called to request new super can to replace broken one that needed picking up. Was given case # 23643 & told I had to order can using my City of Richmond account # from water bill. Was on vacation w/o access to this #, so waited till 7-22 to call back. Broken can had not been picked up. Was told order would be placed for new can & didn't need to use water bill #! Finally placed broken can at street with note, & it was picked up. 7-29 sent email to Public Works, again requesting new can. As of today, 8-15, new can has not been delivered!!!
