I guess it is kind of ironic that we had such issues getting grading permits and yard elevations, but the developer or the city have not got the grades right. There is a storm sewer drain in the easement by my property, but it has 4 holes in the lid. Why not make that drain a real drain, drop the lid by a ring and grade the north side of the park just like the drawings for the development which shows uniform drainage from Willow drive? With the elevations from Willow Drive there is no way to drain to the far east side of the Riverstone city park. The kids at the school are playing there and that is awesome, but they are at risk from playing next to the swamp and water on the north side of the park.

I doubt that it will be dealt with before next spring
