Please put up a "no u-turn sign" on the southside entrance of Rio road and Abercorn St. Traffic comes off Abercorn/204 and turn on Rio for a u-turn to avoid the turning lane/light on Abercorn. It is creating a traffic hazard at this intersection. Also traffic from Fulton Road turning right on Rio is blocking the intersection waiting for a light change. The "do not block intersection" sign is being ignored and traffic from south Rio is blocked in. Please help traffic department or police department. This problem will be greatly magnified when the new Walmart opens. I hate not being able to leave my own street.
