The property at 2413 Maplewood has been vacant for years. The yard is a constant issue, is rarely mowed, there is poison oak growing up the house and over the sidewalk. The back of the house is worse with the porch falling down, animals getting into the house, and a 100 ft plus oak tree dropping dead branches with every storm and blow of the wind. It is hazardous to sit outside in the back if you live around this house! Repeated attempts to contact and work with the owner have proved futile.
