Descripción

Several weeks ago a portion of a curb at the southwest corner of North Water and Ash Street was painted yellow. The yellow paint has been covered over with grey paint and I don't know whether this was per DPW or a disgruntled neighbor. The way it is now makes it very difficult to turn left off of Ash onto North Water. Pls advise. Thank you.
