I would like to inquire about having a speed bump put on Patton right in front of our house to ensure the safety of all of the pedestrian traffic mostly kids attending Chabot Elementary and their parents. Given our proximity to the Broadway on/off ramp off Rte 24 drivers speed down this street every day in both directions. This would slow things down a bit and add a measure of safety. How does something like this get put into effect?
