we have called DeKalb several times about picking up the tree limbs that came down in the storm a few weeks ago. They are cut in (roughly)4ft segments. Don't know what to do since DeKalb is not coming by to estimate like they said they would.

Thank you for your help.
DeKalb has still failed to send out a crew to even give us an estimate despite "escalating" the request despite numerous requests. Not sure if Dunwoody has the tools to take care of it internally at this point. DeKalb isn't even picking up the very small batches.
