Description

Sidewalk near oak and 2nd, next to the Prevention Institute is not paved and is a safety hazard. I have tripped and nearly fallen while holding my infant child. Other elderly neighbors have also tripped. One fell and required hospitalization. When it rains the area becomes flooded causing pedestrians to walk on the street against incoming traffic. This also poses a major safety concern. Someone will get hurt again and a lawsuits will be filed, I am almost certain of it. This has been a known hazard and the city or building owner has refused to address the problem.
