More garbage dumped near the likely stolen abandonded car that has been sitting on pearmain for over a month. But obviously the city doesn't really care about the dumping problem in oakland or they would have done something about it already. I have been reporting these illegal dumping posts for 5 years. Eventually it gets cleaned up but then within the next day or two more shite is dumped. There was a story I read on Facebook awhile back in one city where the mayor of the city noticed The Dumping problem and started a program where they would drive around a task the homeless if they wanted work cleaning up the illegal dumping. At the end of the day the homeless would then be taken in giving showers food and offered assistance in finding housing jobs Etc. Oakland why don't you follow in their footsteps trying to kill two birds with one stone. Help the homeless and clean up the city at the same time.

This debris field is a terrific way for us to greet our VIP clients from Burlingame today - former CEOs
Oakland: please tell me what message / optics I should use to frame this failure - they will undoubtedly be asking about the dumping. Should I say the City is Broke? Should say the City does not care about this neighborhood? Is this because the area is general poor, low income or minorities that the City does not handle this? Please be specific and tell us how to frame this when the clients and media ask us about it.
