My son was leaving the neighborhood the evening of July 31, 2016 and the car was submerged in about 2 1/2 feet of water on the corner of Parish Rd. and Country Club Circle. Some sort of drainage needs to be put in or cleaned out. This is not the first time that this has happened and many people may not know this, but auto insurance does not cover a loss if a vehicle has driven into a flooded area.
