Sharraxaadda

The yard on this property has extremely tall grass and limbs all over the place. It's really bringing down the value of its house as well as others in the neighborhood, including one that is trying to be sold. We have ordinances. Why aren't they being enforced? The grass is over 12" tall and hasn't been mowed in weeks.
