Hay Ed this tree is at the high school near the walk path at the high school. This tree is on private property. But I fell is unsafe and could fall on someone walking on the path at the high school. Could u try to do something about this thanks.

The homeowner was finally contacted and has accepted responsibility to remove this high risk tree on their property in the near future.
