Description

Multiple Homeless camps, I-40 & Eubank NE, between the south side of the Los Altos dog park & the westbound I40 freeway entrance, easily seen as you enter the on-ramp. At least one tent, several other camp sites, lots of trash and shopping carts (homeless SUV's) & who knows what all else. An easy place to flood if the monsoons get heavy.
