Per City Code, sidewalk maintenance of this type is generally the responsibility of the adjacent property owner, not the City of Raleigh. Sidewalk maintenance at this location would be the responsibility of the State of North Carolina and specifically the Department of Administration. By state statute, the state handles issues on legislative property. You can call the state at 919-807-2425 to report this.
