The median landscaping along 401 starting at Wake Tech North all the way to Capital Boulevard 440 bridge looks terrible. Trees need to be trimmed, tall weeds and weed around road signs, trash at every intersection. This is the gateway to downtown Raleigh and is a total embarrassment!
