all three of these over road walkways are grifitti ridden as well as rusting out.
This roads guardrails in the proximity of Hempstead lake is broken down and no longer effective. Many cars due this have ended up in this lake.
The lake pumphouses too are saturated with grifitt as well as badly weatherbeaten,one completely w/o a roof,
The village simply ignores all pleas to rectify,as usual.
