There are no sidewalks on Elm Street East in Stillwater, MN. Pedestrians must use the street to get to and from the Brown's Creek State Trail and downtown Stillwater. The asphalt edges of Elm Street East, on the north side, are in serious disrepair. This poses a safety hazard for the many people who uses this street for exercise, etc.
